Five Star Staffing is actively hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Apartment industry experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without prior apartment maintenance experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and office staff to support daily property operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
• Hands-on HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification preferred
• Must provide your own basic maintenance tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to participate in scheduled emergency on-call rotations
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and property vehicles
